Three principles we always follow
- Don’t start with tools. Start with a problem that person actually has tomorrow at work. Then show how AI solves it.
- Don’t pretend it’s magic. Show cases where AI gets it wrong and teach how to spot it.
- Let them leave with something that works. Every participant must walk out with a concrete workflow they’ll use the next day.
