Do you use pre-built n8n templates?
Yes - we have a library of 40+ proven workflows for common scenarios. We use them as a starting point but tailor every project to the real stack and processes.
Self-hosted or cloud?
Self-hosted by default (Docker / Coolify / Hetzner) - cheaper, more flexible, full data control. We recommend cloud n8n / Make for MVPs or clients without an IT team.
How do retries and monitoring work?
Exponential backoff (3 attempts: 5s/30s/120s), error workflows in every pipeline, Slack/Pager alerts, execution dashboard in Grafana. Nothing fails silently.
Does automation replace employees?
No - it removes the repetitive work no one wants to do (copy-paste, data, reports). The team focuses on client conversations, decisions and analysis.
How much does it cost?
One end-to-end automation (3-5 systems, monitoring): EUR 2-4k. Package of 10 workflows: EUR 8-14k. Ongoing maintenance and development: from EUR 900/mo.
Can I edit workflows myself after launch?
Yes - we hand over documentation, train your team, everything is editable in n8n UI. We stay on support as long as you need.
