§1. General provisions
The Portal automatically collects information contained in cookies.
Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device and intended for use of the Portal's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
The entity placing cookies on the User's end device and accessing them is Future First Aleksandra Gawęda Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Chmielna 2 lok. 31, 00-020 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5253091030, REGON: 544815459, KRS: 0001242611 (hereinafter the "Controller").
§2. Purposes of using cookies
Cookies are used in order to:
- adapt the content of the Portal's websites to the User's preferences and optimise the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow the User's device to be recognised and the website to be displayed appropriately, tailored to their individual needs;
- create statistics that help understand how Users use the websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;
- maintain the User's session.
§3. Types of cookies
The following types of cookies are used within the Portal:
- "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the User's end device until logout, leaving the website or switching off the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User;
- "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Portal, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Portal;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse in the area of authentication within the Portal;
- "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information about how the Portal's websites are used;
- "functional" cookies, enabling the "remembering" of settings selected by the User and the personalisation of the User's interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or the region the User comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.;
- "advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery to Users of advertising content more tailored to their interests.
§4. Managing cookies
In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device. Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed in particular so as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform of their every placement on the User's device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).
The Controller informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Portal.
