Is paid really the core, or just an add-on?

The core. Most of the client budget and most of our work goes into paid - Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Organic content and community run in parallel because without them campaigns do not work (creatives, social proof, retention). But paid owns the KPIs.

Which paid platforms do you cover?

Meta (Facebook + Instagram) as default for B2C and most B2B. TikTok Ads for UGC brands with lower ticket sizes. LinkedIn Ads for B2B with longer sales cycles. YouTube Ads sit under Google Ads (separate service).

How do you measure results?

Pixel + Conversion API + server-side GTM on our side. KPIs: CAC by channel, ROAS by campaign, LTV by segment, qualified lead cost (MQL/SQL). Live Looker Studio dashboard + monthly report with insights.

How much organic content do you produce?

Standard 12-20 items per platform per month - posts, carousels, reels. Most of this is the creative pool for paid (later tested in campaigns), so volume scales with how many creatives the funnel burns through.

How much does it cost?

Paid management only (1 platform + tracking + reports): from EUR 950/mo + client media budget. Full-stack (paid 2-3 platforms + content + community + tracking): from EUR 2.1k/mo. Recommended minimum media budget: EUR 1.9k/mo.

What is the community SLA?

We answer DMs and comments within 1 business day (8h, 9-17). Topics needing client escalation are flagged in Slack with a deadline.
