Materials to work through before an AI implementation

Calculators, checklists and templates for teams planning an AI implementation. Each material covers one decision: working out the return, assessing how ready the company is, agreeing the scope or setting the rules for using models. No registration.

The materials are free and you can use them whether or not you work with us.

02Use

Which material and when

The order follows the stage your company has reached.

  1. Stage 1

    Readiness assessment

The AI readiness audit sets out where the company stands in six areas: data, skills, processes, risk, cost and management.

  2. Stage 2

    Return calculation

The ROI calculator and the comparison of model query costs show whether a process is worth automating at all.

  3. Stage 3

    Agreeing the scope

The AI project brief sets out the scope, the success metrics and the risks before anyone starts building a solution.

  4. Stage 4

    Working rules

The AI usage policy and the prompt library become useful once the team starts working with models day to day.
