The system takes over the repetitive steps
We run workflows in n8n on your company's own infrastructure. The system moves data between programs, applies the rules you set and notifies the right people. Before launch we write down the order of the steps and the exceptions, so that the workflow matches the process you actually run.

How we build a workflow
We automate a process that can be described step by step. The description comes before the configuration.

We write down the steps, the input data, the conditions and the people responsible. That description is the basis for the configuration.

Workflows in n8n
We run n8n on your company's infrastructure. Your data and access keys stay inside your environment.

Queues and retries
A failed step returns to the queue and is repeated under the agreed rules. A job does not disappear after the first error.

Monitoring and fallback
An error raises an alert to a named person. A halted workflow hands the case back for manual handling.

The scope depends on the number of systems, the way they make their data available, and how many exceptions the process has.

From description to launch
Stage 1
Process description
We walk through the current course step by step and mark the points where the work stalls.
Stage 2
Workflow design
We agree the triggers, the conditions, the data involved and how the system behaves when something fails.
Stage 3
Build and testing
We run the workflow on test data and check the exceptions, the queues and the retries.
Stage 4
Launch and monitoring
We switch the workflow into production, set up the alerts and hand over the operating documentation.
