How we work

Current roles

We are recruiting for 4 roles. Each one has a defined scope, measurable impact and a team that treats AI implementation as a craft.

Implementation Warsaw / remote (EU)

Automation Engineer

You build process automation on the client's own infrastructure. n8n, integrations with CRM and ERP, monitoring, error handling and a fallback mode.

AI Implementation Engineer

You build assistants that work on a company's documentation and agents that act inside its systems. You are responsible for answer quality, source control and the cost of handling a single case.

Training Warsaw / remote (EU)

AI Trainer

You run training built on tasks from the client team's everyday work. You start with the rules of data safety and finish with a ready policy for using AI in the company.

Operations Warsaw / remote (EU)

Project Manager

You run AI implementations and automation projects from the first conversation to the handover of the process to the client's team. You are responsible for scope, deadline and whether the system survives after handover.

03Recruitment

What we expect and offer

We set out the terms before the first interview, so that nobody spends time on a process that does not suit them.

  • the ability to say no where the scope stops making sense
  • working to weekly deliveries rather than quarterly plans
