About the role
You run projects from the first conversation about a process to the point where the client’s team operates the system on its own. Handover does not end at go-live; it ends with the documentation, the permissions and the knowledge needed to change the rules.
You do not simply pass tasks between the team and the client. You understand the scope well enough to judge the risk, and you lead the conversations about decisions instead of minuting them.
What you will be doing
- Running several parallel implementations for clients from different industries
- Setting the scope before the start: what the system is to do, what it will not do and how we will know that it works
- Watching the budget of hours and reporting overruns before they become the client’s problem
- Conversations about changes of scope, including saying no when a change would spoil the project
- Coordinating the work of automation engineers, AI engineers and trainers
- Quality acceptance: checking the results on the client’s own data before handover
- Running the handover of the process to the client’s team and agreeing the terms of maintenance
What we expect
- At least 4 years of work as a project manager in a technology company
- Experience in integration or implementation projects where the system connects to somebody else’s infrastructure
- Enough understanding of an engineer’s work to judge an estimate and a risk
- The ability to hold difficult conversations: a delay, a change of scope, a mistake on our side
- Fluency in project management and documentation tools
- Polish at C2, English at C1
Nice to have
- Experience in projects built on data or on language models
- Technical basics: SQL, logs, an understanding of how an API works
- Work with clients from regulated industries, where approvals and access to data lengthen a project
What we offer
- A salary of 10 000 - 16 000 zł net on a B2B contract, depending on experience
- Remote work, with an office in Warsaw available
