Key details

  • Location

    Warsaw / remote (EU)

  • Engagement

    B2B, full time or project-based

About the role

You run training that leaves a document behind, not a memory. You work on the tasks participants actually perform, not on examples taken from the internet.

The hardest part of this work is not technical. It is the room in which half the people already use models on private accounts and the other half treat the subject as a fashion. Both groups have to be brought to a common level.

What you will be doing

  • Groundwork before the training: who is to use the tools, at what point in the day and what they work with today
  • Preparing materials around the participants’ own tasks, not around generic examples
  • Running training for teams and for management, remotely and on the client’s premises
  • Data classification: what may be passed to models, what may not, and why
  • Drafting an AI usage policy that the company can announce to its team straight after the training
  • Developing the catalogue of standard courses around the questions that keep coming back in the room

What we expect

  • Experience training adults, backed by specific groups you have taught
  • Your own practice with language models at work, not only theoretical knowledge
  • The ability to explain how something works rather than hand out a list of prompts to copy
  • Awareness of the risks: data leaks, hallucinations, dependence on a single supplier
  • Composure in a difficult room and the ability to work with resistance from participants
  • Polish at C2

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regulated industry, where the restrictions on data are strict
  • The ability to prepare video materials for self-study
  • Familiarity with the rules of training subsidies for companies
